Payment Methods Accepted
We currently accept payments by check or by C.O.D. A 30-day net account can be setup with a credit application and three credit references. VISA and Mastercard are accepted by our online distributor Hydraulics101.
Shipping Information
Our normal procedure is to ship all customer orders by UPS Ground from our Vancouver warehouse. Expedited shipping options are available per customer request.
Return Policy
All returned products must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RAN) obtained in advance from APLUS Manifolds Depot. Returned products may be subject to a restocking fee. Custom-built manifolds are NOT acceptable for return. Refund will be issued once returned goods are accepted.
Limited Warranty
APLUS Manifolds Depot warrants its products free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of twelve months from shipment. APLUS Manifolds Depot's obligation, subject to confirmation of the warranty claim by our inspection department, is limited to the repair or replacement of a defective product, without extra charge. This warranty does not cover products that are damaged as a result of negligence or misuse including improper operating conditions or machine setup or any items that have been repaired or altered. This warranty excludes all other warranties, expressed or implied, including any implied warranties of merchant ability or fitness for a particular purpose. APLUS Manifolds Depot should have no liability of responsibility on any claim of any kind, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, for any loss or damage arising out of, connected with, or resulting from the manufacture, sale, delivery or use of any product sold hereunder, in excess of the cost replacement or repair provided herein. In no event shall APLUS Manifolds Depot be liable for any special incidental or consequential damages of nature. No other warranty, either expressed or implied, exists beyond that included above.
